I'd like to tell you about my ordeal. I recently bought the property featured in the graphic on the site.

Do you notice the part where it talks about an additional 6200+ square foot section of land? It turns out, they didn't have the right to sell that as it belongs to someone else. They failed to do their due diligence and instead of just fixing the issue for me, I'm now racking up legal fees while they refuse to deal with this.

My purpose in creating this site and providing the information is, I want to know if there are others out there who have encountered issues with Sothby's and would be interested in participating in a class action suit against them.
